The first interview is with a woman who states that she is happy to be going home, but that she is scared because of the poor evacuation routes in the Lower 9th Ward. The second interview is with a shelter worker at Francis T. Nicholls who states that the 2000 people remained calm during the storm. She states that many came to the shelter after the flooding on Claiborne Avenue; The third interview is with a woman who states that she's disgusted because of the poor transportation to and from the Lower 9th Ward, and that something should be done about the levee; The fourth interview is with a woman who says she is happy that the storm is over but she can't go home because a levee broke. The final interview is with a man who states that he is happy to be going home, but he doesn't know what to expect. He lost everything during Hurricane Betsy, having stayed on a roof for six hours.
