Description
This is a report on the Louisiana State Police Stock Patrol Division. This civilian run division rides horses and patrols highways in Baton Rouge for loose livestock. They also assist with disaster recovery and crowd control when needed. At the time of this newscast, the stock patrol had proposed a bill to patrol all of Louisiana's highways. Airdate May/June 1977.
