Oral history with architect E. Ean McNaughton. Conducted on September 4, 2002. In this interview, McNaughton discusses the restoration of the Old State Capitol building, some challenges with renovating and restoring the building, and the reopening of the building as a museum in 1994. McNaughton was hand selected to restore and build off of the interior and exterior of the Old State Capitol building. This interview is part of a series of oral histories with current and former employees and long time Baton Rouge residents about the Old State Capitol building.
