Oral history with District 47 State Representative Mickey Frith. Conducted on June 21, 2007. In this conclusion, Frith discusses the upcoming fall elections which are the first affected by term limits. He reflects on the implementation of term limits, gives his advice to the new legislators coming into the House and Senate in 2008, and why it is important to remain bipartisan in Louisiana politics.
