Oral history with state representative Beverly Bruce. Conducted on May 7, 2007. In this interview Bruce discusses her time public service, her career in the Louisiana House of Representatives, and what she considers some successes during her time in the House. When Bruce was appointed, she was the first female to represent DeSoto Parish. This interview took place at the end of Bruce's twelve year term as a representative. Part 1 of 2
