Oral history of Louisiana state police superintendent Frances Grevenberg. Conducted on September 29, 1997. In this interview, Grevenberg discusses his career as Louisiana state police superintendent. He talks about the struggles with illegal gambling throughout the state, problems with outdated laws, various raid he performed to shut down illegal gambling dens, taking down a booky ring, and other cases he was a part of during his career.
