This segment from the 1998 Young Heroes Award Ceremony features a profile of honoree Damein Delrie, a seventh grade student at Tioga Junior High School in Alexandria. Delrie has a rare degenerative disease that attacks every joint in his body and makes everyday activities almost impossible.
