It includes: Charlie Whinham’s report on President Barack Obama’s visit to Louisiana to survey the flood damage; an interview with Louisiana First Lady Donna Edwards on the needs of teachers at flooded schools; Charlie Whinham’s report on the clean-up efforts at Denham Springs High School (DSHS) in Livingston Parish; Kelly Spires’ report on the school clean-up efforts in Ascension Parish; Paul Boger’s tour of the flood damage at Central Private School in East Baton Rouge Parish; Paul Boger’s visit to a FEMA Recovery Center at the Second Baptist Church in Baton Rouge; Paul Boger’s report on the special BREC (East Baton Rouge Parish Recreation and Park Commission) day camps for kids, including the Jackson Community Park in Central; and Charlie Whinham’s in-studio interview with retired Lieutenant General Russel Honore on the ongoing flood recovery efforts.
