This segment from the August 14, 2015, episode of the series “Louisiana: The State We’re In” features producer Tika Laudun’s interview with Chef Leah Chase, the owner of Dooky Chase’s Restaurant in New Orleans, on the tenth anniversary of Hurricane Katrina. She discusses her memories of Hurricane Katrina and all of the help she had in recovering from the storm.
