This segment from the January 10, 2014, episode of the series “Louisiana: The State We’re In” features Shauna Sanford’s report on District Court Judge Michael Caldwell ruling the Jindal Administration’s teacher tenure law unconstitutional for a second time. Sanford reports that the lawsuit challenging the law was filed by the Louisiana Federation of Teachers.
