This segment from the August 3, 2012, episode of the series “Louisiana: The State We’re In” features Sue Lincoln’s report on a new tax rebate for individuals or businesses that donate money to non-profit organizations that offer private school scholarships to low income students. Lincoln reports that Governor Bobby Jindal vetoed a similar bill offering a tax rebate for donations to public schools.
