Lincoln interviews Dr. Catherine Champagne of the Pennington Biomedical Research Center, who discusses the new requirements. She also interviews Nadine Mann, the nutrition director for the East Baton Rouge Parish Schools, who discusses their five-year effort to make school lunches healthier and the changes they will have to make to meet the new guidelines.
