This segment from the August 6, 2010, episode of the series “Louisiana: The State We’re In” features Charlie Whinham’s interviews with five of the nine La Fondation Louisiane scholarship recipients, Hayley Aguillard, Charles Eddy, Matthew Perry, David Williams, and Emily Rowley. Whinham reports that the scholars will either study abroad or teach conversational English to French students. The scholars discuss their excitement about their upcoming trips to France and their hope to act as cultural ambassadors.
