Whinham talks to: Jan Jaekle, a Red Cross nurse, about how Hurricane Katrina compares to other recent natural disasters; Arlene Ballenger of the Department of Social Services about the services offered at the special needs shelter; Jan Kasofsky of Capitol Area Human Services about the evacuation of mental health patients; and Dr. David Post of Capitol Area Mental Health about the emotional toll of the disaster on evacuees.
