This segment from the March 27, 1998, episode of the series “Louisiana: The State We’re In” features Diana Baker’s report on a proposed constitutional amendment, under consideration at the 1998 Special Session of the Louisiana Legislature, merging the state’s vo-tech schools and community colleges under one management board, the Louisiana Community and Technical College System.
