Description
This segment from the January 6, 1995, episode of the series “Louisiana: The State We’re In” features Arcie Chapa’s report on the Medicaid crisis facing Louisiana. She reports that the state is facing a $750 million state budget shortfall for funds needed as federal matching dollars for Medicaid and is working towards a compromise with the federal government.
