His report includes interviews with: State Representative Francis Thompson; State Representative James David Cain; John Rombach of the Legislative Fiscal Office; State Senator B.B. “Sixty” Rayburn; Commissioner of Administration Raymond Laborde; and Governor Edwin Edwards. Robert Collins also conducts an in-studio interview with Steve Winham, the director of the Governor’s Budget Office, and Commissioner of Administration Raymond Laborde. They discuss the budget cuts needed in the current state budget and the state budget proposal for 1992-1993.
