This episode of the series “Louisiana: The State We’re In” from October 28, 1988, features Ken Lormand and Roger Sockman reporting on the defeat of Governor Buddy Roemer’s tax reform plan during the last week of the second Special Session of the Louisiana Legislature. Sockman first reports on the defeat of the conference committee report in the House.
