This segment from the September 21, 1984, episode of the series “Louisiana: The State We’re In” features Ken Johnson’s report on Southeastern Louisiana University’s establishment of the Turtle Cove Biological Research Station at Pass Manchac as a part of a $200,000 federal grant to study the environment.
