Description

In this episode from the “San Francisco and California Wine Country” series of “Savor the Regions” from June 3, 1995, Chef D.C. Flynt prepares Dark Chocolate Mint Velvet. He then visits the Ghirardelli Chocolate Factory in San Francisco, California, to see how chocolate is made. Back in the kitchen, Chef Flynt makes Petit Pots de Crème Au Chocolate and a Chocolate Buttermilk Layer Cake. Lastly, Chef Flynt visits the Jordan Winery in California’s Sonoma Valley to learn more about their process for creating sparkling wines.
