He discusses: the Burden Museum and Gardens in Baton Rouge, including Windrush Gardens, the LSU Rural Life Museum, and the LSU AgCenter Botanic Gardens; the three Burden siblings who donated Windrush Plantation to LSU – Ione Easter Burden, William Pike Burden, Jr., and Ollie Steele Burden; the stipulations of their donation; and their vision for the property.
