She discusses: Pennington’s 31-year partnership with the United States Department of Defense; their work in optimizing war fighter nutrition; their work with the militaries in other countries; their two new awards totaling $16 million from the Department of Defense – the Optimizing Performance for Soldiers (OPS) Study #2 and the Biochemistry Analysis Services Projects; the findings from the OPS #1 study; and their plans for the OPS #2 study.
