Kliebert is the chairwoman of the Bridge Center Board of Directors and a former secretary of the Louisiana Department of Health. She discusses the Bridge Center tax proposal on the December 8th ballot, which will provide funding to operate a mental health center in Baton Rouge. East Baton Rouge Parish District Attorney Hillar Moore III, East Baton Rouge Parish Coroner Dr. Beau Clark, and Baton Rouge Police Chief Murphy Paul also speak about their reasons for supporting the proposal. Kliebert then answers questions from the audience.
