A debate at the Baton Rouge Press Club on November 16, 2015, between the two run-off candidates for Lieutenant Governor: Baton Rouge Mayor-President Kip Holden (D) and former Plaquemines Parish President Billy Nungesser (R). The debate begins with each candidate’s opening statement.
