This segment from the January 31, 1988, episode of the series “Folks” features Sonya Masingale’s report on the health issues affecting people in Louisiana. She interviews Dr. Louise McFarland, the director of the Preventive and Public Health Service for the Louisiana Department of Health and Human Resources.
