In this episode from the “Hooks, Lies, and Alibis” series of “A Taste of Louisiana” from June 15, 2015, Chef John Folse visits Grand Isle, Louisiana, and discusses fishing tournaments with Ricky Templet, the president of the Grand Isle International Tarpon Rodeo. Chef Folse then returns home to White Oak Plantation and cooks Grilled Amberjack with Lemon-Herb Vinaigrette and Hot Smoked King Mackerel with Captain Theo Bourgeois of Bourgeois Fishing Charters.
