Description
In this episode from the “Hooks, Lies, and Alibis” series of “A Taste of Louisiana” from April 13, 2015, Chef John Folse visits Gotreaux Family Farms in Scott, Louisiana. He tours the tilapia farming facilities with owner Brian Gotreaux. Chef Folse then returns home to White Oak Plantation and prepares Steamed Whole Tilapia and Stormy Night Fish Soup with Bishop Robert Muench of the Diocese of Baton Rouge. He also recounts his trip to Israel, where he prepared Roasted Tilapia on the shores of the Sea of Galilee.
