First, David Griffing, a park ranger at Poverty Point State Park, discusses the hunting and fishing traditions of the Native American tribes in Louisiana. Next, he visits Elton, Louisiana, for a demonstration of traditional fry bread making with Bertney Langley and his mother Loris Langley of the Coushatta Tribe. Back in the studio kitchen, Chef Folse cooks Boulettes of Garfish and continues talking with his guests. Throughout the show, Hazel Dardar entertains the audience with live music.
