She shares her family recipe for Vegetable Beef Soup. In his kitchen, Black Guidry performs his original song, “Cajun Man.” Chef Folse then prepares a healthier version of the Vegetable Beef Soup. He also makes healthy versions of Chicken & Artichoke Stew and Peach Cobbler.
