In this episode from the “Bed and Breakfasts of the Bayou State” series of “A Taste of Louisiana” from April 17, 1999, Chef John Folse visits the Creole Country Inn Bed and Breakfast in New Roads, Louisiana. In the studio kitchen, he prepares Pot Roasted Goose False River and Corn Meal Pecan Waffles with Cranberry Syrup. Back at the Creole Country Inn, he interviews owner Linda Lawrence. Chef Folse also meets with designer Angele Parlange at her shop in New Orleans.
