Governor John McKeithen press conference on arresting whoever violates the law, black or white. He then addresses rebel rousers who come to Louisiana to incite people into violating the law, burning their own homes, looting their own stores, and shooting their own people, and then leave before the holocaust starts, that he will not wait as they did in Maryland to file warrants of arrest after the unrest. McKeithen states that these people will be arrested in Louisiana as soon as they say it.
